Those having trouble downloading files from the Valence Store should try again. As of around noon Chicago time we have upgraded the Valence Store to use a new download mechanism. Several people in various countries have already reported they can download with no problems so we're confident the issue is resolved. Anyone continuing to have a download problem should contact support@cnxcorp.com directly.
